What's included in the subscription and how does it work?
Each plan includes a fixed number of monthly shooting and editing hours. Full post-production is covered - editing, color grading, music, titles, and export. Minimum term - 3 months. Payment is monthly.
What if I don't use all the hours in a month?
Hours are valid only within the current month. Transfers are only possible with prior agreement - unused time does not roll over.
Can I add extra hours beyond the package?
Yes. You can order additional shooting or editing hours if needed. Standard rates apply - €70/hour for shooting and €30/hour for editing.
Do you provide source files and rights to the video?
By default, source files are not delivered. They can be included in the STUDIO plan or provided upon separate agreement. Exclusive rights are also available only through a written contract.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are included within the allocated editing hours. If more time is needed, extra hours are billed at the standard rate. There is no fixed limit on rounds - as long as we're within the time.
How do I book a shoot date?
A date is confirmed after written approval and a 30% prepayment. Cancellation or rescheduling is possible 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
How long are files stored and where?
Final videos are stored for 3 months, source files for 6 months. Extended storage is available on request.
Can I keep the project private?
Yes. By default, videos may be published in the portfolio. If you want to keep your content private - just let us know in writing. NDA is also available on request.
